MumyBuzz another factor on what turns out when that's causing me to lose like an extra bit of weight so basically I'll eat from like 12 to 7 so 12 noon to 7 p.m. I'll eat within those times and when I get the first no I'll eat the first meal which is like eggs and avocado whatever in a protein shake in the morning and by the time it comes around like 5 or 6 o'clock I'm not completely hungry but I'll still have dinner so therefore I don't consume that many calories in a day so therefore that's why I still was able to lose a few pounds even though I was in strictly on keto anymore if that answers your question so I did get asked this question so this question was what are your goals for 2019 so I haven't really sat down I know this sounds crazy being that I'm recording this on January 4th so I haven't really sat down and created like a goal you know ...
